New start, new organisation.


Since I parted company with my old firm I have focused on challenging my thinking and approach in a number of areas. I don’t want to fall in to the same old traps that provided the road blocks to growing the old firm in the way I knew was possible.

My first challenge was to move away from the old hierarchical structures that seemed to naturally occur in every organisation. I wanted to create a working environment where everyone relished the challenge, where success was properly rewarded and for those that were committed but needing the support to succeed, help was freely given.

I am focusing on giving people the authority and responsibility to make decisions that are truly aligned with company and individual purpose.

It is very early days and the organisation is a tiny bud, but I am energized by what is unfolding and what will, hopefully, blossom into a mature culture that wraps empowerment, flexibility, diligence and a focus on purpose in real transparency.
