Make decisions, make mistakes, don’t be afraid.

Leaders make decisions. That is what we do. If you constantly question your decisions you will end up in “analysis paralysis” and your team will lose faith in your ability to lead so my advice is consider your options and make the best decision according to the information currently at hand. If it doesn’t work out, be agile, fix the problem and learn from your mistake!

Leaders should be willing to make mistakes now and analyse them later. The real trick is to ensure you don’t repeat your mistakes!

@Shauna_LeanOnUs Thanks for stopping by. I so often see managers afraid to make a decision just because they don't have all the information. My view is much more pragmatic... the biggest enemy of progress is "Do Nothing." Those who don't try, don't succeed.
