The futility of regret?

Yesterday, I wrote a blog post about Steve Jobs and how, simply through one meeting over dinner he had inspired me to look forward and drive to succeed. I have just read another blog post by Seth Godin entitled “Roads Not Taken” and, short as it is, it is well worth reading. A simple statement about how futile it can be to live your life regretting the things you didn’t do and tracking the mistakes you have made. I for one, firmly believe that it is important to make mistakes so that you can learn from them. Of course, the trick is to learn such that the mistakes aren’t repeated!
